About Carol Presunka

Carol Presunka is the current president of the Santa Clara County School Boards Association.

Carol was elected to the Cambrian School Board of Trustees in 2014. She and her family have lived in the Cambrian District for the past 17 years, and her children are graduates of Cambrian schools. Carol volunteers in Cambrian schools, supporting teachers in and out of the classroom; before assuming her role on the board she was involved in the Home & School Club, first as Vice-President and then as President, and served as a Girl Scout Leader. In addition, she currently sits on the board of the Alternating Hemiplegia of Childhood Foundation, a cause dear to her heart.

Carol worked in the telecommunications industry as a Marketing Manager and a Project Manager for a non-profit organization. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from McMaster University in Ontario, Canada, and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from Penn State University.
